Approval of this variance request would have fairly <br />large implications on this whole area. <br />Case #3: Request for a Variance to Parking and Paving Setbacks; Case of Holiday <br />Stationstores, Inc. <br />Acting Chairperson Van Scoy closed the regular portion of the Board of Adjustment meeting at <br />8:07 p.m. in order to conduct the public hearing. <br />Public Hearing <br />Acting Chairperson Van Scoy called the public hearing to order at 8:07 p.m. <br />Presentation <br />Associate Planner Dalnes indicated the sketch plan and site plan review of Holiday Rivenwick <br />Village; Case of Holiday Stationstores, Inc., which are Case Nos. 2 and 3 on the Planning <br />Commission agenda will be discussed with this case. Separate action can be taken on these cases <br />during the Planning Commission meeting. Ms. Dalnes stated Holiday Stationstores has <br />requested a variance to the 20 foot parking and paving setback from a public right -of -way for the <br />property located at the southeast corner of Ramsey Boulevard and US Trunk Highway 10.
