This Proactive <br />Code Enforcement Plan outlines a structured, legal, and collaborative approach to bring all <br />corridor properties into compliance with city codes. <br />To ensure fairness, consistency, and operational <br />efficiency, enforcement activities will proceed in a clearly defined geographic sequence, <br />allowing staff to focus resources systematically while providing transparency to property owners. <br />The plan emphasizes due process, equity, community involvement, and completion of a <br />comprehensive corridor -wide compliance effort. <br />II. Objectives <br />1. Improve visual aesthetics and property conditions along the Highway 10 Corridor. <br />2.
