MnDOT Improvement Projects <br />#SP 0202-126 TH 10 Traffic Management System Improvements <br />Construct TH 10 traffic management system improvements from Thurston Ave in City of Anoka to TH <br />101 in Elk River, and TH 101 from CSAH 38 (70th St) to N of CSAH 39 in Otsego <br />No impacts to existing utilities anticipated <br />2026 construction proposed <br />#SP 0202-119 Highway 10 Mill & Overlay and RCI Improvements <br />Proposed improvements include; <br />o Mill & overlay pavement from approx. '/z-mile west of Cleveland/Jarvis Avenue in Elk River to 1/2- <br />mile west of Ramsey Boulevard in Ramsey, including Dayton Rest Area <br />o Reduced Conflict Intersection (RCI) improvements (J-Turns w/out signal systems) at Edison and <br />Jarvis Streets in Elk River, and Alpine and Beatty Drives in Ramsey <br />o Remove median crossovers <br />o Extend pedestrian trail south of US 10/169 from 500-feet East of Adams Street to Edison Street <br />o Construct pedestrian crossover/refuge in median of US 10/169 at Jarvis Street <br />o Remove, repair and replace drainage culverts <br />o Construct, repair and replace misc. guardrail/end treatments <br />2027 construction proposed <br />No public open houses are scheduled yet for Elk River or Ramsey <br />Studies & Items of Interest <br />Wetland 114P Outlet Control Structure <br />• Staff continue to monitor water levels.
