[Reserved for Recording Data] <br />RELEASE OF RIGHT OF RE-ENTRY AGREEMENT AND AMENDED RIGHT OF RE- <br />ENTRY AGREEMENT <br />This Release of Right of Re -Entry (this "Release") is made as of February , 2026, by <br />and between Centra North, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ("Centra") and the CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, a Minnesota municipal corporation (the "City"). <br />Recitals <br />A. Centra and the City are parties to that certain Right of Re -Entry Agreement <br />dated November 28, 2018 and recorded with the Anoka County Recorder / <br />Registrar's Office as Doc. No. 2215051.007 (the "Right of Re -Entry <br />Agreement"). <br />B. Centra and the City are parties to that certain Amended Right of Re -Entry <br />Agreement dated July 23, 2019 and recorded with the Anoka County <br />Recorder / Registrar's Office as Doc. No. 2233729.001 (the "Amended <br />Right of Re -Entry Agreement"). <br />C. Centra has satisfied its requirement to obtain 15 Certificates of Occupancy <br />and Centra and City desire to release all parcels from all requirements of the <br />Right of Re -Entry Agreement and Amended Right of Re -Entry Agreement, <br />or title legally described as: <br />Lots 1 through 10, Block 1, Lots 1 through 6, Block 2, Lots 1 through 9, <br />Block 3, Lots 1 through 6, Block 4, Lots 1 through 9, Block 5, and Outlots <br />A, B and C, COTTAGES AT THE COR <br />Located in Anoka County, Minnesota; <br />
