the "Property" (as defined Right of Re -Entry Agreement and Amended Right of <br />Re -Entry Agreement). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the Recitals, the City of Ramsey hereby releases <br />Centra and its successors or assigns the City approves: <br />1. Release of Right of Re -Entry Agreement. Any and all rights of the City to (i) re-enter <br />the Property and take physical possession thereof or (ii) seek or obtain restoration of <br />title to the Property, or any portion thereof, in the name of the City, as set forth in <br />Section 4 and the ability to impose a $20,000 penalty against the Property as set forth <br />in Section 3 of Right of Re -Entry Agreement filed as Document Number 2215051.007 <br />in the Office of the Anoka County Recorder / Registrar is hereby terminated and <br />released of record in all respects, effective immediately. <br />2. Release of Amended Right of Re -Entry Agreement. Any and all rights of the City to <br />(i) re-enter the Property and take physical possession thereof or (ii) seek or obtain <br />restoration of title to the Property, or any portion thereof, in the name of the City, as <br />set forth in Section 4 and the ability to impose a $20,000 penalty against the Property <br />as set forth in Section 3 of Right of Re -Entry Agreement filed as Document Number <br />2233729.001 in the Office of the Anoka County Recorder / Registrar is hereby <br />terminated and released of record in all respects, effective immediately. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City has caused their respective duly authorized <br />representatives to execute this Release of Right of Re -Entry Agreement and Amended Right of <br />Re -Entry Agreement as of the day and year first above written. <br />(Signature pages follow) <br />
