<br />1". <br />,ill> <br /> <br />111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 <br />Record 10 1759308 <br /> <br />" <br />.y <br /> <br />1989881 .004 <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-11-341 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO RALPH AND <br />VERNICE JACOBSEN AT 8240 154TH LANE NW (PERMITTEES) FOR ACCESSORY <br />STRUCTURE SIDEWALL HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS AND DECLARING TERMS OF <br />SAME <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ralph & Vemice Jacobsen (Permittees) have properly applied for a <br />variance from Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code for the sidewall height of an accessory <br />building on the property generally known as 8240 154th Lane NW and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 6, Block 9, VVhispering Pines Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on November 2, <br />2006, pursuant to Section 9.03.07 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact #0782 a variance to the sidewall height restriction of an <br />accessory building on the Subject Property is hereby granted. <br /> <br />2. That the sidewall height of the accessory building shall not exceed fourteen (14) feet. <br /> <br />3. That no other structure or addition shall be constructed unless it is in accordance with City <br />Code. <br /> <br />4. That the Permittees shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br />this variance. <br /> <br />5. That the Permittees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory building. <br />
