That the accessory building shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless it is in accordance <br />with City Code. <br /> <br />7. That the Permittees agree that the terms of this Variance shall be binding upon its successors <br />and assigns. <br /> <br />8. That this Variance shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by November 2, 2007, <br />and issuance of the building permit shall constitute initiation. The Permittees may petition for <br />an extension of time in which to complete the variance.
