Multi-Purpose Trail Head Link - To be constructed between trail head areas and <br />streets to enable bicyclists and equestrians to access trail heads from the street. The <br />combined paved surface will be constructed within a minimum width of 48 feet. (See <br />Figure 3-16.) <br /> <br />. Trott Brook Trail - A multi-purpose trail to be constructed between Jarvis Street and <br />the Rum River Central Park, along 165th Avenue, Trott Brook, TH 47, and a trail <br />between TH 47 and the park. It is to be constructed within a 200-foot dedicated, trail <br />right-of-way where possible, with total width never less than 75 feet. The segment of <br />the trail between Jarvis Street and TH 47 is the only trail within the City where <br />snowmobiles will be permitted. <br /> <br />Page 3-47 <br />
