<br />Funding Source: <br /> <br />This is a City-initiated zoning amendment request, and no funding is required. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends rezoning the properties whose addresses are 15050 Armstrong Boulevard and <br />14100 Jaspar Street. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission met on January 4,2007, and unanimously recommended approval of <br />the rezoning.
