These additional services involve tasks that were <br />not within the scope of the original Agreement or Amendment No. 1. <br /> <br />This Amendment No.2, made and entered into as of the date formalized at the end of this <br />document, amends the original Agreement approved on December 8, 2004, as modified by <br />Amendment No.1 approved on November 9, 2006; as hereinafter stated. Our Amended Proje~t <br />Fee Estimate showing the estimated additional hours and compensation is attached. <br /> <br />I. Relative to SECTION II - SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY TKDA of the <br />Agreement, make the following additions: <br /> <br />A. Add the following items under II.E - DETAIL DESIGN PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS: <br /> <br />"7. Construction Staging Investigation <br /> <br />Time for new Task 700 for the investigation of construction staging <br />opportunities for Armstrong Boulevard from Riverdale Drive through the <br />CR 116 intersection. <br /> <br />8.
