Under SECTION VI _ coNIPENSATION of the Agreement revise the total not to <br />exceed amount to $414,797, which reflects compensation ~f $17,920 for this Amendment <br />No.2 added to $146,677 for .Amendment.No. 1 plus the onginal Agreement amount of <br />$250,200.
