<br />PCCASE# 3 <br /> <br />CONSIDER RESOLUTION APPOINTING <br />BOARD AND COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />By: Givonna Reed, Human Resources Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Currently, there are four vacancies to be filled on the Park and Recreation Commission, <br />the Environmental Policy Board, and the Public Safety Board. These positions were <br />advertised and seven applicants were interviewed for the four vacant seats. The interview <br />panel consisted of the three members of the personnel committee, and the chair and vice <br />chair of the Park and Recreation Commission, the Environmental Policy Board, and the <br />Public Safety Board. <br /> <br />The recommendations for appointment are as follows: <br /> <br />Park and Recreation Commission <br />. Ms. Bridget Barr to a term. expiring Dec. 31, 2010 <br /> <br />,''El1vironmental Policy Board <br />. Mr. Michael Max to a term. expiring Dec. 31,2010 <br />.
