<br />Council Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />CONSIDER AUTHORIZATION TO HIRE A <br />COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on December 28, 2006 the City Council authorized a recruitment <br />process for a community service officer; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an internal recruitment process was conducted to fill the community <br />service officer position; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has requested authorization to hire Drew Moldenhauer as a <br />community service officer at an hourly rate of$15.30. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />Confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to do the following: <br /> <br />Hire Drew Moldenhauer as a community service officer at $15.30 per hour with a start <br />date of January 24, 2007, or soon thereafter. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member, , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 23rd day of January, 2007. <br /> <br />G:\AdministrationlHumanResourceslRecruitmentIPolice\CSO\authonzation to hire C.S.O. 1-23-07.doc <br /> <br />-382- <br />
