[Reserved for Recording Data] <br />RELEASE OF RIGHT OF RE-ENTRY AGREEMENT AND AMENDED AND <br />RESTATED RIGHT OF RE-ENTRY AGREEMENT <br />This Release of Right of Re -Entry Agreement and Amended and Restated Right of Re - <br />Entry Agreement (this "Release") is made as of February , 2026, by and between RAMSEY <br />PROPERTIES, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ("Ramsey Properties") and the City <br />of Ramsey, a Minnesota municipal corporation (the "City"). <br />Recitals <br />A. Ramsey Properties and the City are parties to that certain Right of Re -Entry <br />Agreement dated August 22, 2023 and recorded with the Anoka County <br />Recorder / Registrar's Office as Doc. No. 612539.008 (the "Right of Re - <br />Entry Agreement"). <br />B. Ramsey Properties and the City are parties to that certain Amended and <br />Restated Right of Re -Entry Agreement dated January 15, 2025 and recorded <br />with the Anoka County Recorder / Registrar's Office as Doc. No. <br />622491.001 (the "Amended Right of Re -Entry Agreement"). <br />C. Ramsey Properties has satisfied all requirements of the Right of Re -Entry <br />Agreement and Amended and Restated Right of Re -Entry Agreement, filed <br />on real property legally described as: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, RAMSEY PROPERTIES ADDITION <br />Located in Anoka County, Minnesota; <br />
