the "Property" (as defined Right of Re -Entry Agreement and Amended and <br />Restated Right of Re -Entry Agreement). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the Recitals, the City of Ramsey hereby releases <br />RAMSEY PROPERTIES, LLC and its successors or assigns and the City approves: <br />1. Release of Right of Re -Entry Agreement. Right of Re -Entry Agreement filed as <br />Document Number 612539.008 in the Office of the Anoka County Recorder / Registrar <br />is hereby terminated and fully released of record in all respects, effective immediately. <br />2. Release of Amended and Restated Right of Re -Entry Agreement. Amended and <br />Restated Right of Re -Entry Agreement filed as Document Number 622491.001 in the <br />Office of the Anoka County Recorder / Registrar is hereby terminated and released of <br />record in all respects, effective immediately. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City has caused their respective duly authorized <br />representatives to execute this Release of Right of Re -Entry Agreement and Amended and <br />Restated Right of Re -Entry Agreement as of the day and year first above written. <br />(Signature pages follow) <br />
