His experience <br />includes both quality control and quality assurance observations and <br />testing for both private and public sector clients. <br />Relevant Project Experience <br />Riverdale Drive Trunk Utility Improvements 2022 <br />This State Aid project consisted of an extension of Riverdale <br />Drive, including grading work, utility installation to service <br />Riverstone South, plus concrete and bituminous placement. Nick <br />worked with the City of Ramsey project inspection staff to perform <br />materials testing. Nick served as Project Manager and also <br />performed soils, concrete and bituminous testing. <br />Sunwood Drive and Waco Street Reconstruction 2022 <br />This project consisted of reconstruction/mill and overlay of <br />concrete and bituminous pavement. Nick worked with the City of <br />Ramsey project inspection staff to perform materials testing. Nick <br />served as Project Manager and also performed soils, concrete and <br />bituminous testing. <br />Evanswood Street & Utility, Maple Grove, MN 2022-2023 <br />This State Aid project is a new housing and townhome <br />development. Nick managed the project and performed testing for <br />utility installation, as well as concrete and bituminous placement. <br />Riverstone South Development, Ramsey, MN 2022 <br />This project consisted of new construction for a 200+ unit housing <br />development, including utility installation, concrete, and bituminous <br />testing. Nick served as Project Manager and performed soils, <br />concrete and bituminous testing. <br />February, 2026��AET <br />
