<br />.., <br /> <br />Council member P d2 /t If ~ o-vt <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY~!"llNNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-08-~ \ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF that real property described on attached Exhibit <br />A (the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Land Exchange Agreement with GM Land <br />Company, Inc., a Minnesota corporation for the sale of the Subject Property in return for the <br />conveyance to the City of certain other real property and other conditions all as described in the <br />Land Exchange Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has adopted a Sale Ordinance for the sale of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />That the Subject Property may be sold and conveyed pursuant to the terms and conditions of the <br />August 22, 2006 Land Exchange Agreement between the City and GM Land Company, Inc., a <br />Minnesota Corporation and that the City's Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute <br />the necessary documents to convey the Subject Property. <br />/!Y)~~ <br />T~motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Gol]nr.il mb~ <br />C9 /4vv\e c- and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />p c.f2...
