<br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION
<br />
<br />Outlot A, the MEADOW, Anoka County, Minnesota, reserving a temporary easement for ingress, egress, drainage
<br />and utility purposes lying over, under and across all of said Outlot A. Said temporary easement shall expire and
<br />terminate when that certain public street known as Krypton Terrace Northwest as shown in said plat is extended to
<br />C.S.A.H. No. 5 as shown in said plat whether by dedication, condemnation or otherwise. Within 30 days of the
<br />extension of said Krypton Terrace Northwest, the City shall execute and record a document with the Anoka County
<br />Recorder's office terminating the said temporary easements.

<br />Lots 6 - 20,22 and 23, Block 1, the MEADOW, Anoka County, Minnesota
<br />
<br />Lot 1, Block 2, the MEADOW, Anoka County, Minnesota, reserving a temporary easement for ingress, egress,
<br />drainage and utility purposes lying over, under and across all of said Lot 1, Block 2. Said temporary easement shall
<br />expire and terminate when that certain public street known as Krypton Terrace Northwest as shown in said plat is
<br />extended to C.S.A.H. No. 5 as shown in said plat whether by dedication, condemnation or otherwise. Within 30
<br />days of the extension of said Krypton Terrace Northwest, the City shall execute and record a document with the
<br />Anoka County Recorder's office terminating the said temporary easements.

<br />Lot 2, Block 2, the MEADOW, reserving a temporary easement for ingress, egress, drainage and utility purposes,
<br />lying over, under and across that part of said Lot described as follows:

<br />Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Lot 2; thence on an assumed bearing of North 30 degrees 30
<br />minutes 00 seconds West, along the southwesterly line of said Lot 2, a distance of 16.90 feet; thence North
<br />88 degrees 19 minutes 39 seconds East, a distance of 33.17 feet, to the southeasterly line of said Lot 2;
<br />thence South 57 degrees 42 minutes 27 seconds West, along said southeasterly line, a distance of 29.08
<br />feet, to the point of beginning.

<br />Said temporary easement shall expire and terminate when that certain public street known as Krypton Terrace
<br />Northwest as shown in said plat is extended to C.S.A.H. No. 5 as shown in said plat whether by dedication,
