The Applicant still needs to complete and submit a Tree Inventory and Preservation Plan that is subject to review <br />and approval by the City. A Site Plan must also be approved by City Council before commencing any work on <br />the Subject Property. Finally, a Development Agreement also needs to be approved by City Council.
