<br />SECTION 7. TERM <br /> <br />The term of this Ordinance shall be for a period of three months from and after February 15,2007. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. PENAL TIES <br /> <br />Any person, firm, entity or corporation that undertakes any development activity in violation of the <br />provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to any additional <br />legal or equitable remedies available to the City. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. ORDINANCE SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION <br /> <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance #07-01, which has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />ordinance: <br /> <br />Interim Ordinance #07-01 establishes a moratorium on all subdivision and platting in the R-l Rural <br />Developing District in the City of Ramsey. The purpose of the moratorium is to protect the City's <br />planning process and the health, safety, and welfare of its citizens and consider the development <br />standards for the R-1 Rural Developing District. <br /> <br />SECTION 10.
