The number of Directors constituting overall Foundation Membership will be granted <br />by a majority vote of the established founding Board of Directors. <br /> <br />The founding Board of Directors includes: <br />. Mary Jo Olson, Ramsey City Council <br /> <br />The founding Board of Directors shall serve until the first Annual Meeting, at which time their <br />successors will be duly elected and qualified as provided in the City of Ramsey Foundation By- <br />Laws. <br /> <br />The founding members of the Board of Directors are eligible to be elected to the initial governing <br />Board of Directors. The maximum number of members will be established through amendments <br />brought forth per Article IX of the City of Ramsey Foundation Articles of Incorporation. <br /> <br />Once the initial governing Board of Directors is elected, it is their responsibility to determine <br />term limits, responsibilities, and handling of resignations and expulsions.
