These estimates will allow the Foundation to draft a <br />Project Plan budget and determine funding needed, project feasibility, and time frame within <br />which the project can be completed. <br /> <br />Such quotes will also provide the Foundation with a repository of "live numbers" with which to <br />plan for any additional projects similar in scope and function. <br /> <br />Postal expenditures will vary depending on size of mailing (physical size and number of pieces <br />sending) and whether the Foundation can obtain a nonprofit bulk rate number. <br /> <br />Ramsey Foundation Charter Business Plan 2006-07 _v1, Page 14 of 15 <br />
