6. 1. <br />CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />04/14/2026 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Enhance City's communication through transparency and accountability. <br />Title: <br />PUBLIC HEARING: Approve On -Sale Liquor License, including Sunday sales, for Wolf Entertainment LLC dba <br />Carbone's Pizza & Pub located at 6415 Highway 10 NW, Ramsey MN 55303 (formerly Aurelio's). <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Purpose: To approve On -Sale Liquor License, including Sunday sales, for Wolf Entertainment LLC dba <br />Carbone's Pizza & Pub. <br />Background: Wolf Entertainment LLC dba Carbone's Pizza & Pub has properly applied for an On -Sale liquor <br />license, including Sunday sales, at 6415 Highway 10 NW, Ramsey MN 55303 (formerly Aurelio's). All <br />application fees have been paid. <br />Notification: <br />Notice of the public hearing was published in the Anoka County Union Herald on April 3, 2026. <br />Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives: <br />A background investigation has been completed and approved by the Police Chief.
