Commissioner Levine stated he is in favor of moving forward, but he is concerned there has not , been the dialogue there could be between the property owners. However this vote comes out, as this application goes forward to the Council he would hope there would be future dialogue to see what can happen as far as accommodating all the. property owners involved.
