CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />03/24/2026 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br />5. 12. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #26-083 Approving the Development Agreement for OSHAUGHNESSY THIRD ADDITION <br />Purpose/Background: <br />On March 10, the City Council approved the final plat of OSHAUGHNESSY THIRD ADDITION. The proposed <br />development agreement is a pared -down version of the standard form because no streets or utilities are being <br />constructed.
