Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #26-083 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />OSHAUGHNESSY THIRD ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Timothy and Corrin O'Shaughnessy applied for Final Plat (major <br />plat) approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, OSHAUGHNESSY ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br />Outlot A, OSHAUGHNESSY SECOND ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Or after platting <br />Lots 1-4, Block 1, OSHAUGHNESSY THIRD ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat on February 10, 2026, and <br />the final plat on March 10, 2026; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, That the Development Agreement <br />for the plat of OSHAUGHNESSY THIRD ADDITION is approved and authorizes the Mayor and <br />City Administrator to sign it. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 24th day of March, 2026. <br />Mayor <br />
