<br />25. That the proposed increase in sign surface area and multiple ground signs on a single parcel will not <br />adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />26. That the proposed increase in sign surface area and multiple ground signs on a single parcel will not <br />be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons residing or working in the vicinity of the <br />use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />27. That the proposed increase in sign surface area and multiple ground signs on a single parcel will not <br />substantially impair the use, enjoyment, or market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />28. That the proposed increase in sign surface area and multiple ground signs on a single parcel will not <br />be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />29. That the proposed increase in sign surface area and multiple ground signs on a single parcel will not <br />create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services, and it will <br />not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. <br /> <br />30. That the proposed increase in sign surface area and multiple ground signs on a single parcel will not <br />involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare by <br />reason of excessive production of glare. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cook, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-12-379 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
