Additionally, this includes Area F (Itasca Heights) of <br />the Gravel Road Elimination Program. <br />Background: <br />The current 2026 thru 2035 10-Year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) proposes street reconstruction of the <br />following streets in 2026: <br />• MSA 142nd Avenue between Saint Francis Boulevard (TH 47) and Xkimo Street <br />o 0.07 miles of urban section <br />• MSA Juniper Ridge Drive between Roanoke Street and 156th Lane <br />o 0.37 miles of urban section (bituminous curbing) <br />• Deerwood <br />o 1.13 miles of rural section <br />• Hall -Anderson Acres & Oakwood Hills <br />o 2.25 miles of rural section <br />o Subdivisions combined due to proximity <br />• Sorteberg's 6th & Windsorwood <br />0 0.62 miles of urban section (bituminous curbing) [Sorteberg's 6th] <br />0 0.62 miles of rural section [Windsorwood] <br />0 1.24 miles total <br />o Subdivisions combined due to proximity <br />• Windemere Woods 1st & 2nd <br />0 0.75 miles of urban section <br />The CIP proposes to mill and overlay the following streets in 2026: <br />• MSA Rhinestone Street within the COR <br />0 0.32 miles of urban section <br />• MSA Sunwood Drive within the COR <br />0 0.56 miles of urban section <br />• MSA Veterans Drive within the COR <br />0 0.65 miles of urban section <br />• MSA Zeolite Street within the COR <br />0 0.09 miles of urban section <br />• Brookfield <br />o 0.81 miles of urban section <br />• Estates of Silver Oaks <br />0 1.03 miles of urban section <br />• Rivers Bend 1st, 2nd, & Plaza <br />01.32 miles of urban section <br />
