Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption:

<br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND AWARDING PROPOSALS FOR TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYS
<br />FOR 2027 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM PROJECTS
<br />WHEREAS, the streets within the Deerwood subdivision, Hall -Anderson Acres subdivision,
<br />Oakwood Hills subdivision, Rambosek Red Oak Estate subdivision, Sorteberg's 6th subdivision,
<br />Windsorwood subdivision, Windemere Woods 1st & 2"d subdivision, Magnesium Street within Section 26
<br />Unplatted, 142"d Avenue between Saint Francis Boulevard (TH 47) and Xkimo Street, and Juniper Ridge
<br />Drive between Roanoke Street and 156th Lane are proposed to be reconstructed in 2027; and
<br />WHEREAS, the streets within the Brookfield subdivision, Estates of Silver Oaks subdivision,
<br />Rivers Bend subdivision, Rivers Bend 2"d subdivision, Rivers Bend Plaza subdivision, Rhinestone Street
<br />between E. Ramsey Parkway and Bunker Lake Boulevard (CSAH 116) and between Veterans Drive and
<br />Sunwood Drive, Sunwood Drive between Armstrong Boulevard (CSAH 83) and Zeolite Street and between
<br />Rhinestone Street and Ramsey Boulevard (CR 56), Veterans Drive between Zeolite Street and Rhinestone
<br />Street, and Zeolite Street between Sunwood Drive and Veterans Drive are proposed to be milled and
<br />overlaid in 2027; and
<br />WHEREAS, the streets within the Itasca Heights subdivision are proposed to be converted from
<br />existing gravel road section to a bituminous pavement section in 2027; and
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #26-080, adopted March 24, 2026, the
<br />City Council ordered the City Engineer to prepare request for proposals for topographic surveys to
<br />accurately evaluate and design proposed 2027 Pavement Management Program projects; and
<br />WHEREAS, request for proposals were submitted to two (2) firms for the purpose of obtaining
<br />proposals for completing the proposed topographic surveys; and
<br />WHEREAS, the two (2) topographic survey proposals received are tabulated below; and

<br />for Improvement Project #27-01, 27-02, 27-03, 27-04, 27-05, 27-06, 27-07, 27-08 and their proposal shall
<br />be and hereby is accepted.
