NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />Hakanson Anderson for said topographic survey services for Improvement Projects 27-01, 27-02, <br />27-03, 27-04, 27-05, 27-06, and 27-08 for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28' <br />day of April, 2026. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />Resolution #26-099 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
