Councilmember Olson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #26-099 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND AWARDING PROPOSALS FOR TOPOGRAPHIC <br />SURVEYS FOR 2027 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, the streets within the Deerwood subdivision, Hall-Anderson Acres <br />th <br />subdivision, Oakwood Hills subdivision, Rambosek Red Oak Estate subdivision, Sorteberg’s 6 <br />stnd <br />subdivision, Windsorwood subdivision, Windemere Woods 1 & 2 subdivision, Magnesium <br />nd <br />Street within Section 26 Unplatted, 142 Avenue between Saint Francis Boulevard (TH 47) and <br />th <br />Xkimo Street, and Juniper Ridge Drive between Roanoke Street and 156 Lane are proposed to <br />be reconstructed in 2027; and <br />WHEREAS, the streets within the Brookfield subdivision, Estates of Silver Oaks <br />nd <br />subdivision, Rivers Bend subdivision, Rivers Bend 2 subdivision, Rivers Bend Plaza <br />subdivision, Rhinestone Street between E. Ramsey Parkway and Bunker Lake Boulevard (CSAH <br />116) and between Veterans Drive and Sunwood Drive, Sunwood Drive between Armstrong <br />Boulevard (CSAH 83) and Zeolite Street and between Rhinestone Street and Ramsey Boulevard <br />(CR 56), Veterans Drive between Zeolite Street and Rhinestone Street, and Zeolite Street <br />between Sunwood Drive and Veterans Drive are proposed to be milled and overlaid in 2027; and <br />WHEREAS, the streets within the Itasca Heights subdivision are proposed to be <br />converted from existing gravel road section to a bituminous pavement section in 2027; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #26-080, adopted March 24, <br />2026, the City Council ordered the City Engineer to prepare request for proposals for <br />topographic surveys to accurately evaluate and design proposed 2027 Pavement Management <br />Program projects; and <br />WHEREAS, request for proposals were submitted to two (2) firms for the purpose of <br />obtaining proposals for completing the proposed topographic surveys; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the two (2) topographic survey proposals received are tabulated below; and <br /> <br />Bolton & Hakanson <br />Project <br />Menk Anderson <br />nd <br />IP 27-01 MSA 142 and Juniper Ridge Reconstructions $3,022.50 $2,400.00 <br />IP 27-02 2027 MSA Overlay Improvements $2,827.50 $1,925.00 <br />IP 27-03 Deerwood Street Reconstructions $5,557.50 $5,370.00 <br />IP 27-04 Hall-Anderson Acres & Oakwood Hills Street <br />$11,212.50 $10,200.00 <br />Reconstructions <br />th <br />IP 27-05 Sorteberg’s 6 & Windsorwood Street Reconstructions $6,337.50 $5,400.00 <br />stnd <br />IP 27-06 Windemere Woods 1 & 2 Street Reconstructions $4,972.50 $3,900.00 <br />IP 27-07 2027 Neighborhood Overlay Improvements $2,730.00 $1,925.00 <br />IP 27-08 Itasca Heights Street Construction $2,047.50 $1,140.00 <br />Total Amount for all projects $38,707.50 $32,260.00 <br /> <br />
