WHEREAS, the proposal of Hakanson Anderson in the total amount of $32,260.00 for <br />Topographic Survey services in accordance with the prepared proposals is the lowest responsible <br />proposal for Improvement Project #27-01, 27-02, 27-03, 27-04, 27-05, 27-06, 27-07, 27-08 and <br />their proposal shall be and hereby is accepted. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with Hakanson Anderson for said topographic survey services for Improvement <br />Projects 27-01, 27-02, 27-03, 27-04, 27-05, 27-06, and 27-08 for and on behalf of the <br />City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Stewart, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />th <br />the 28 day of April, 2026. <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />Resolution #26-099 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
