Th ors on a an o ka c ounty m n . ov <br />FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE <br />Anoka County Veteran Services Office Moves Locations <br />Anoka County's Veteran Services Office (VSO) will vacate its current location May 6 and <br />move into its new office on the first floor of the Anoka County Government Center May 26. During <br />the three-week transition period, staff will be working remotely and will be unable to conduct in - <br />person visits with clients. <br />This will not have an impact on the delivery of benefits. For veterans who are not <br />comfortable or unable to electronically sign forms, VSO staff can schedule in -person appointments <br />to complete application packets once they are moved into their new office. For veterans or <br />survivors comfortable using a computer, smartphone, or tablet, staff will be able to complete the <br />application process remotely through the VetPro claims management system. <br />Normal operations will resume June 8 for the VSO in its new location due to a staff <br />conference. To schedule an appointment with staff, call 763-324-4500. If there's no answer, leave <br />a detailed voicemail.
