Look at bringing uti! ity billing in-house for 2007. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />Objective: Facilitate Community Development by implementation of Community <br />Comprehensive Plan and Council Policy. <br /> <br />General <br />1. Recreate Community Development web page to provide timely and needed <br />information to the citizens and general public. <br />2. Complete scanning of Department files in anticipation of the move to the new <br />Ramsey Municipal Facility., <br />3. Create a Department-wide Policy Manual. <br /> <br />Planning Work Plan <br />1. Continue to develop GIS System (on-going). <br />2. Develop a procedural,handbook for the Planning Division. <br />3. c Implement Multi Deportment Building Permit Review. <br />4. Draft and implement land use controls for the Highway #10 corridor. <br />5. Continue update of environmental sections of Zoning Chapter (critical river, <br />scenic river, wetland buffers). <br />6. Begin the 2008 Comprehensive Plan update. <br />7. 'Complete the study of the Central Rural Reserve area. <br />8. Complete update of Critical River and Scenic River ordinances. <br />9.
