<br />Community Development Director Trudgeon provided a presentation on the Ramset Project, <br />including the following three core components that comprise the Ramsey3 process. <br />· A series of forums organized around four critical issues facing metropolitan communities <br />and the City of Ramsey. <br />· A visioning process using Open Space Technology. <br />· An intensive innovative scoping and implementation process involving staff, City <br />Council and others. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon provided information on the following scheduled <br />Ramsey3 forums: <br />· Regional Intersections Forum - February 8, 2007: Keynote Speaker: Dan Marckel, <br />CURA University of Minnesota <br />· Community Ecology - February 22,2007: Douglas Farr, Farr and Associates, Chicago IL <br />· Innovative Zoning - March 15 or 29,2007: Farr and Associates, Chicago, IL <br />· Transportation Alternatives - April 12, 2007: Dan Burden, Glatting lackson/Walkable <br />Communities Orlando, FL <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt requested staff to include a calendar of events and updates regarding the <br />Ramsey3 project in the Staff Update. <br /> <br />Commissioner Trites Rolle commented the Ramsey3 project will be good timing with the <br />Comprehensive Plan process. <br /> <br />Case #10: <br /> <br />Staff Update <br /> <br />The Staff Update was noted. <br /> <br />Case #11: <br /> <br />Zoning Bulletin <br /> <br />The Zoning Bulleting was noted. <br /> <br />OTHER COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Levine, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
