Off - premise signs. <br />d. Real Estate Signage. Real estate signs advertising that a particular <br />property is for sale, rent, or lease are limited to 1 sign per property. <br />Subd. 10 Development Review Process Within Town Center Districts. <br />Development within the Town Center will generally consist of a subdivision and site <br />plan. In these cases, the applicant will follow the normal subdivision and site plan <br />requirements of the City subject to the submittal requirements contained herein. For <br />and <br />subdivisions, the review process will include sketch plan review, preliminary plat, <br />final plat. For site plans, the review process will include a preliminary site plan and final <br />site plan. <br />a. Sketch Plan Review. <br />1. Pre - meeting with City Staff.
