ee. . Location of proposed ponding areas, <br />indicating the size and depth of the pond and • <br />amount of acre feet of water to be stored; <br />ff. Finished floor elevations of all buildings; <br />gg. Identify soils by type and location, including <br />identification of the water table, and <br />suitability of soil for the proposed <br />development; and <br />hh. Identify any areas located in a flood hazard <br />zone as identified by the Department of <br />Natural Resources. <br />iv. Topographic Map. The topographic map shall be <br />drawn at a scale of one inch equals 100 feet and <br />shall contain the following information: <br />aa. Two foot contour intervals; <br />bb. Indicate water courses, rock outcroppings, <br />and other significant land features; and <br />cc. Use U.S. Geological Service datum for • <br />mapping. <br />v. Floor Plans and Elevations. All floor plans and <br />elevations shall be drawn to a legible scale and <br />include the following information: <br />aa. Floor plans indicating square footage and <br />dimensions of all proposed rooms and areas <br />within the structures; and <br />bb. Elevations of the proposed building(s), <br />identifying exterior treatment, materials to <br />be used, and paint color. <br />vi. Preliminary Plat. If a Subdivision is required, the <br />preliminary plat shall be prepared in accordance <br />with the Ramsey City Code, §9.50. <br />2.
