bb. Location of driveways and parking areas (all <br />• driveways and parking areas must include <br />curbing); <br />cc. indicate front, side and rear yard setbacks <br />proposed; <br />dd. Indicate square footage and dimensions of <br />all proposed lots; and; <br />ee. Location of all easements, width and <br />purpose. <br />ii. Landscape Plan. The landscape plan shall be <br />prepared at a scale of one inch equals 50 feet and <br />shall contain the following information: <br />aa. Indicate areas for berming and sodding; <br />bb. Indicate the location of proposed plantings, <br />identify plant materials; <br />cc. Indicate any existing vegetation; and <br />• dd. Indicate any trees to be removed. <br />Grading and Drainage Plan. The grading and <br />drainage plan shall be drawn at a scale of one inch <br />equals 50 feet, 100 feet or 200 feet and shall contain <br />the following information: <br />aa. Existing and proposed, grades with a <br />m of two foot contour intervals to a <br />known sea level datum; <br />bb. Sufficient spot elevations on all proposed <br />hard surface areas; <br />CC. Estimated runoff of the area based on 10 and <br />100 year storm events; <br />dd. Provisions to carry runoff to the nearest <br />adequate outlet, such as storm drain, natural <br />drainage way, or street; <br />U <br />—151— <br />
