These additional services involve tasks that were <br />not within the. scope of the. original.Agreement or Amendment No. 1. <br />This Amendment No. 2, made and entered into as of the date formalized at the end of this <br />document, amends the original Agreement approved•on December 8, 2004, as modified by <br />Amendment No: 1 approved on November 9, 2006; as hereinafter stated. - -Our Amended Project <br />Fee Estimate showing the estimated additional hours -and compensation is attached <br />I.
