CITY COUNCIL • <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Thursday, December 21, 2006 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Al Pearson <br />Councilmember Sarah Strommen <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Todd Cook <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br />Also Present: City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Police Chief James Way • <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 6:02 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Councilmember Strommen. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />City Administrator Norman indicated it was the consensus of the Councilmembers at the Work <br />Session prior to the Special City Council meeting, that discussion regarding the Northwest Metro <br />Corridor Property Acquisition resulting in Case No. 3 is tabled pending further information. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to approve the agenda as <br />amended. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Jeffrey, Elvig, Pearson, and <br />Strommen. Voting No: None.
