Voting No: None. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to adopt Resolution #06- <br />12 -405 approving the Final Plat of Holiday Rivenwick Village, contingent upon compliance with <br />the City Staff Review Letter dated December 21, 2006. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Jeffrey, Cook, Elvig, Olson, <br />Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br />Mayor Gamec stepped down from the Council dais to abstain from discussion on Case Nos. 6, 7 <br />and 8. <br />Case #6: Request for Preliminary Plat and Preliminary Site Plan Review of Ebony <br />Woods; Case of DPM Investments, Inc. <br />Associate Planner Geisler indicated Case Nos. 6, 7 and 8 are related. The applicant, Mr. Dan <br />Murphy, was called away from the meeting and has asked that these cases be tabled to the first <br />Council meeting in January. <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to table the following <br />cases to the first City Council meeting in January: Case No. 6: Request for Preliminary Plat and <br />Preliminary Site Plan Review of Ebony Woods; Case of DPM Investments, Inc., Case No. 7: • <br />Request for Comprehensive Plan Amendment; Case of DPM Investments, Inc., and Case No. 8: <br />Request to Rezone Property from B -2 Business to 'Planned Unit Development (PUD); Case of <br />DPM Investments, Inc. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Elvig, Councilmembers Cook, Strommen, Elvig, <br />Jeffrey, Olson, and Pearson. Voting No: None.
