Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to adopt Resolution #06- 12 -405 approving the Final Plat of Holiday Rivenwick Village, contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated December 21, 2006. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Jeffrey, Cook, Elvig, Olson, Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. Mayor Gamec stepped down from the Council dais to abstain from discussion on Case Nos. 6, 7 and 8. Case #6: Request for Preliminary Plat and Preliminary Site Plan Review of Ebony Woods; Case of DPM Investments, Inc. Associate Planner Geisler indicated Case Nos. 6, 7 and 8 are related. The applicant, Mr. Dan Murphy, was called away from the meeting and has asked that these cases be tabled to the first Council meeting in January. Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to table the following cases to the first City Council meeting in January: Case No. 6: Request for Preliminary Plat and Preliminary Site Plan Review of Ebony Woods; Case of DPM Investments, Inc., Case No. 7: • Request for Comprehensive Plan Amendment; Case of DPM Investments, Inc., and Case No. 8: Request to Rezone Property from B -2 Business to 'Planned Unit Development (PUD); Case of DPM Investments, Inc.
