• Observations regarding other communities: <br />o Series of staff driven neighborhood meetings with each department head providing <br />information followed by citizen questions and discussion. <br />o Newsletter with detailed description of events and projects' to key participants in the <br />City. <br />There was discussion of short-term communication goals during the City's, transition period, as <br />opposed to long -term goals.
