<br />2 <br />Happy Day's Festival <br />Continued From Page 1 <br /> <br />WHAT'S <br />HAPPENING <br />IN RAMSEY <br /> <br />The celebration committee is already <br />worl<ing on events for next year. They are <br />planning for a parade, Craft Boutique and <br />another 5K run to name a few events. <br />Thanl< you to everyone that attended, mal<ing it a <br />special event for our Community. We also want to thanl< <br />the businesses from Ramsey and the surrounding area for <br />their ~ generous donations to our drawing. Over <br />1,100 Ramsey residents and 25 local <br />businesses came together to give criminals a <br />going away party. Thanl<s to the following <br />Ramsey businesses, we were able to provide every <br />registered gathering with prizes for participants: <br />Adventures in Video, American Family <br />Insurance (Sheri Pacl<er), Anol<a <br />Independent Grain & Feed, Armstrong <br />Kennels, Bill's Superette, Blue Velvet Car <br />Wash, Bumper-to-Bumper, Community <br />First Banl<, Connexus, Diamond's, Health <br />Quest, Hometown Pizza, Kemps, Ken's <br />Repair & Sales, LeTourneau's SuperValu, <br />M & L Gas, McDuff's Eatery, Pro-Sporting <br />Goods, Ralph's Gun & Pawn, Ramsey <br />Bicycle, Rum River Hills, Secret Garden, <br />Subway, Super America, and Super Bowl. <br />If you have pictures of your event that you would lil<e to <br />share to help us promote NNO 2001, you can either mail <br />or bring them to the Police Department. Please marl< the <br />bacl< of the pictures with your group's name. Feel free to <br />write a summary of your event as well. <br /> <br />ADOPT- A-SPOT <br /> <br />The new Adopt -A-Spot program is off and running. <br />A huge Thanl< You goes out to the following people for <br />being the first to participate in this beautification proj ect for <br />the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />.
