The Anoka County
Board of Commissioners recently approved a
lease agreement with Ramway, LCC, the owners
ofthe building on Highway 10.
"The best thing about this new license
center is how easy it is to find and to access from
Highway 10," said County Commissioner Dennis
Berg. "We appreciate the citizen's patience as
we have been temporarily closed while moving.
This new location will serve us well into the future."
The Bureau has five license centers
throughout the County, including at 11000
Highway 65 NE in Blaine, 3026 Avenue in
Coon Rapids, 3982 Central Avenue NE in
Columbia Heights, and 17565 Central Avenue
NE, Suite 330, in Ham Lake.
The license centers handle motor vehicle
registration, tabs and title transfer; drivers license
renewal and replacement if lost, stolen, or your
name /address changed (except at the Ramsey
location); bicycle license, water craft, snowmobile,
and ATV registration, tabs and transfer; hunting
and fishing license, passport services - including
application acceptance and pictures; and public
notary.
For more information call 763 -576 -5767.
COMMUNITY ACTIVITY SIGN
If you are interested in renting space on the
Community Activities sign at the Ramsey Municipal
Center, please call Kathy Schmitz at 427 -1410.
NEW IN
TOWN
If you are a new resident of the City of Ramsey, please visit
the Municipal Center, also known as City Hall, between 8:00 a.m. and
5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday to plck up a new resident packet
and your recycling bin.
