3. IP 27-04 Hall -Anderson Acres & Oakwood Hills Street Reconstructions <br />a. Subdivisions are generally located west of TH 47 along and south of 160th Lane <br />i. Streets are approximately 2.25 miles in total length <br />1. 24-feet wide rural section <br />2. No municipal sewer and water in the area, not proposed <br />a. Project will include replacing storm sewer culverts <br />ii. Scope of work includes: <br />1. Twenty-four (24) Soil Borings to a depth of 10-feet per the attached exhibit <br />2. Twenty-four (24) Pavement Cores <br />iii. A standard geotechnical report including construction feasibility for public utilities and pavement <br />section <br />1. Streets require a 7-ton pavement design <br />a. Typically, City would do an FDR or full reconstruction <br />2. Logs of soil borings with descriptions of nomenclature used for defining the site soils <br />3. Estimated subgrade support strength parameters for design of the bituminous roadway and <br />recommendations for soil corrections; Design R-Value estimate <br />4. Recommendations for earthwork associated with installation of storm sewer pipes and <br />structures <br />5. Recommendations for management of groundwater for design of structures and pavements <br />4. IP 27-05 Sorteberg's 6t' & Windsorwood Street Reconstructions <br />a. Subdivisions are generally located east of Baugh Street (CSAH 83) and north of 173rd Avenue <br />i. Sorteberg's 6th is 0.62 miles of 24-feet wide rural section <br />ii. Windsorwood is 0.62 miles of 31 feet wide urban section (bituminous curbing) <br />1. No municipal sewer and water in the area, not proposed <br />a. Project will include replacing storm sewer culverts <br />iii. Scope of work includes: <br />1. Seventeen (17) Soil Borings to a depth of 10-feet per the attached exhibits <br />2. Seventeen (17) Pavement Cores <br />iv. A standard geotechnical report including construction feasibility for public utilities and pavement <br />section <br />1.
