<br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR
<br />"ACE SECOND ADDITION"
<br />WHEREAS, Waste Connections of Minnesota, Inc., doing business as Ace Solid Waste,
<br />Inc. and hereafter referred to as "Applicant", properly applied for Final Plat approval of the
<br />following described property located in the City of Ramsey:
<br />Part of Lot 1, Auditors Subdivision Number 30, Described as Following: Beginning at
<br />Point of Intersect of Northeasterly Line of Lot 2 of Said Plat with the East Line of the West
<br />266 Feet of Said Lot 1, Thence North 147.18 Feet, Thence East 207.58 Feet, Thence South
<br />238.65 Feet to Intersect Said Northeasterly Line of Lot 2, Thence Northwesterly Along
