(collectively, the `Subject Property'); and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed final plat (minor plat) subdivides two existing platted parcels <br />bisected by roadway right-of-way into one new parcel, inclusive of the right-of-way to be vacated; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat of Ace Second Addition on May <br />12th, 2026. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City <br />Council hereby approves the Final Plat for Ace 2nd Addition, contingent upon: <br />1. Approval by the City Attorney as to legal form. <br />2. Recording a vacation resolution for Basalt Street and other drainage and utility easements. <br />3. Satisfactorily working with the private utility companies, at the Applicant's expense, to <br />protect, relocate, or remove any affected private utilities. <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 12th day of May, 2026. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #26-097 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
