The female driver was
subsequently arrested for DWI and possession
of a controlled substance. An investigation found
that the driver was under the influence of alcohol
and the controlled substance cocaine. Her vehicle
was seized per Minnesota State Statute 609.5314.
In March, 2004, the female was convicted of
Felony DWI involving a controlled substance.
You may see a 1995 GS300 Lexus being
driven by the Police Department's administration,
as the vehicle from this incident was forfeited and
is now part of our fleet.
