Staff is asking the Planning Commission to approve Resolution #26-110 Concerning the Ramsey Economic <br />Development Authority's Redevelopment Project Area Proposal. The Redevelopment Project Area and Plan <br />documents have been drafted and reviewed by TAFT Law. <br />Zoning and Comprehensive Plan Compliance <br />The City of Ramsey Comprehensive Plan guides the property for commercial uses. The property is zoned B-3 - <br />Regional Business District, which is a commercial district. "Commercial Recreation, Indoor," is a conditional use <br />within the B-3 Zoning District.
