Adding indirect costs in the amount of 14-percent brings the total anticipated project <br />cost to $569,329.05 ($554,539.50 Pavement Management Funds, $14,789.55 Storm Water Utility Funds). <br />The low bid is 21-percent lower than the engineer's estimate, primarily due to lower than anticipated bituminous <br />patching and concrete walk costs. <br />Bolton & Menk submitted a proposal for construction staking for said improvements for the total, not -to -exceed <br />amount of $3,926.00.
